When you register and pay for the seminar you automatically accept the following terms and conditions for IMAF Europe Seminar 2015 in Amagerhallen, Copenhagen, Denmark:

• Your registration is binding when you have paid for the seminar. You can only change the registration as described in Fees and registration.
  

• You are only registered when the full amount for the seminar and/or party has been received.
• You have the full responsibility for all insurance related matters concerning training, travel, equipment and personal belongings

• IMAF Denmark cannot be held responsible for any damages on you, your personal belongings or third parties.

• You must follow normal dojo etiquette and show respect and care for other participants, equipment and buildings

• You must follow instructions from IMAF Denmark and other offcials during the complete seminar. If not, you can be excluded from the seminar without any reimbursement or the like

• IMAF Denmark is allowed to use photos or videos where you appear and use them for IMAF Denmark or other IMAF countries promotion purposes.
  

• You are not allowed to use any photos or videos from the seminar for commercial purposes without written consent by IMAF Denmark.
  

• The training schedule can be changed without notice. You do not have any right on a refund unless the complete seminar is cancelled.
• If  you want to sleep in the dojo the following applies:
  • You must be registered for sleeping in the dojo due to fire regulations
  • You must bring your own sleeping bag, handle breakfast etc. yourself
  • You are reponsible for cleaning etc.
  • You must follow instructions from fire guards and officials
